How much does shipping cost?

We ship each of our products free of charge as standard.

How long does shipping take?

By default, shipping takes 5 to 15 business days. Most of the time, the product will be at your home in 1 to 2 weeks.
We ask you to be patient here.

Is the Infinity - Rose also shipped internationally?

Yes, we do.

Is it possible to track the delivery?

In the shipping confirmation email you will find the tracking link for your order, so you can track your items online.

Why hasn't my order status changed yet?

It is possible that the order has just been transferred to the logistics company, so the tracking information still needs to be updated. Please be patient here.



Payment

To all SWISS customers: Unfortunately, payment by instant bank transfer is not yet possible in Switzerland! Please choose another payment method instead.

What does Infinity - Rose offer for payment methods?

Our available payment methods are credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google and Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna Sofort (online payment platform).

Can I trust your store?

Our entire website runs on HTTPS. During the payment process we use the latest SSL encryption according to AES-256 and we also follow all PCI-DSS standards.

Why doesn't the payment process work?

There could be several reasons, please try another payment method. If that doesn't work either, please send us an email to info@infinity-rose.de with "payment process" in the subject line.

Where can I use the vouchers?

Vouchers can be redeemed at the checkout, in the last step under "discount".

I wish I had another variation!

Send us an email immediately with your change requests, and we will try to consider them if the merchandise has not yet been shipped.

My merchandise has been damaged or hasn't arrived at all!

We ask you to be patient up to a maximum of 30 working days. It is possible that your merchandise has not yet arrived for various reasons, for example delays at customs or arrears.

I would like to return or exchange items!

To do so, you can simply return the items to us.
 If you would like an exchange, you can re-order the desired items online after returning them.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, you, as the end customer, bear the return costs.

 As soon as we have received the goods, you will be refunded.
